Auto Mains Failure & Synchronization
Auto mains failure (AMF) panels used to provide back-up power source under event of failure of primary power source (mains/grid). The AMF panel consists of AMF relay and breakers for primary and standby sources. The AMF panel also consists of generator control (diesel or gas), auto-manual selection, operation, protections, and interlocks.
Auto transfer panels have similar functions but with limited capabilities of generator control.
Synchronization panels are used to synchronize multiple sources of electrical power and create a larger power pool for utilization. The synchronization panel consists of synchronizing relays and breakers for all sources. The synchronization panel also consists of generator control (diesel, gas, or turbine), auto-manual selection, simple or complex operational logics, protections, interlocks, and communication devices.
